Reservations and Check-In:

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once you have made the payment and reserved your room.
  • Check-In Time:  The early check-in is based on availability, and it may also incur additional charges for you.
  • ID proof: It is necessary for the guests to present ID proof for better communication.

 Payment:

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash to make it convenient for you.

Check-Out:

  • The expected check-out time is 11 a.m. Late check-out requests will be based on availability and may incur additional charges

Guest Responsibilities:

  • Room Condition: In case of any damage to the hotel property by the guests, There will be additional charges that may be levied.
  • Staying Limits: There should not be excess occupants in the room; otherwise, it may cost you additional charges.

 Hotel Policies:

  • Non-Smoking Policy:  You are not expected to smoke and damage our property.
  • Personal Belongings: We shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.

Dispute Resolution:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction, and you must adhere to these policies.
  • Any disputes arising from the stay will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be settled in the local courts.

Modification of Terms:

  • We have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
