Refund Policy

As per our Refund policy:

  • If there is a cancellation of a refundable booking, then the amount will be refunded to you in between two (2) and four (4) weeks to show a refund on your credit card statement.
  • The reason behind the specified processing time will be based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. 
  • Our refund depends on multiple factors, including the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation, processing fees, etc. In order to get more information, refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
  • If your reservation is not confirmed, then we won’t charge you anything on your credit card, and we will release the whole amount, if any, that was held on it immediately.
  • Now, after we do this, it will still take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.
