Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Check-In:

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once you have made the payment and reserved your room.
  • Check-In Time:  The early check-in is based on availability, whereas it’s time is 2pm and it may also incur additional charges for you if you come before the time.
  • ID proof: It is necessary for the guests to present ID proof for better communication.

 Payment:

  • We accept major PayPal, credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, debit cards, and cash to make it convenient for you. We don’t prefer prepayment to ensure better clarity to the visitors.

Check-Out:

  • The expected check-out time is 1 p.m. Late check-out requests will be based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities:

  • Room Condition: In case of any damage to the hotel property by the guests, There will be additional charges that may be levied.
  • Staying Limits: There should not be excess occupants in the room; otherwise, it may cost you additional charges.

 Hotel Policies:

  • Non-Smoking Policy:  You are not expected to smoke and damage our property.
  • Personal Belongings: We shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.

Dispute Resolution:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction, and you must adhere to these policies.
  • Any disputes arising from the stay will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be settled in the local courts.

Modification of Terms:

  • We have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

Acceptance of terms:

  • By confirming a reservation and staying at the Parco Del Caribe , guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
