As per our Refund policy:
- If there is a cancellation of a refundable booking, then the amount will be refunded to you in between two (2) and four (4) weeks to show a refund on your credit card statement.
- The reason behind the specified processing time will be based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank.
- Our refund depends on multiple factors, including the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation, processing fees, etc. In order to get more information, refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
- On non refundable reservation whole amount will be charged.
